The return is always guaranteed. Follow the procedure and access the refund.
It is possible to proceed with the return within 15 days after receipt of the order. After the deadline, the possibility of return will be automatically suspended.

The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. The customer decides which courier and which service to use for the return.
